Today’s Tip: Take time to exercise and keep your body in optimal condition. Exercise reduces stress, increases energy, improves digestion, keeps the body in shape and improves overall health. Make sure you engage in at least one activity on a regular basis to keep your body at its best. So, keep moving and lets us know what are some creative ways you keep your body moving.
