Week 4. Building Healthy Bodies: Happy Monday! Welcome to week four of our six week series, with tips and quotes on personal growth and leadership development. The past three weeks seem like they just flew by! This week, I will provide a tip of the day and quotes on the bodies of a healthy leader.

Creating and maintaining a healthy body has many benefits for leaders such as reduction of stress, mental and cognitive functioning and lowers blood pressure. Without a healthy physical body, leaders can become disengage, have low energy and can be less likely to execute effectively under pressure.

So, tune in this week to review some tips on how you can improve your physical wellness or someone you work with.

Here is today’s Tip:  Examine the foods you put into your physical body. Are you eating foods that gives you the fuel you needs to be at your best? How can you start or continue to select nutrition options for you and your family?
