Interrupt Anxiety with Gratitude

Some people have an inability to feel gratitude as a result of emotional trauma, mental roadblocks, not feeling anything is enough or one’s upbringing. 

Studies have shown that feeling thankful, regularly have improved sleep, mood, and may have lasting effects on the brain. 

This week, and every day, take time to reflect (or have your staff complete this exercise)- What’s at the top of your mind? How can you cultivate a mindset of gratitude? Or, what practices/habits can you implement to increase your feelings of gratitude regularly?

Incorporating gratitude in your life regularly increases calms and promotes and sense of wellbeing.
