In our sessions, I will help you…

- establish a mutually exclusive coaching agreement
- determine key stakeholders and interview them to discuss client’s strengths and areas of growth
- clarify goals, strengths and areas of growth based on assessments (assessments may include, but are not limited to, personality, leadership, career or 360/180 assessments). Key data is synthesized and recorded in your coaching dashboard
- synthesize assessments and review results
- identify key objectives and create a plan of action for you to follow through each week (based on your goals and the results of your assessments)
