Best Self Journal

The “Best Self “Journal was a heaven sent. I got my journal in February of 2020, a month before Covid I was prepared because I created an action plan to get me to where I want to be. The best self journal helped me became aware of what I wanted for myself. It also opened my eyes to assess my needs and work on my goals along with self-care. It prepared me for anything that came before me. For example, when Covid came I knew exactly what to do and how to take action steps by day to feel self assured that once I put my mind to it anything is possible!
