AYBS Reinvent Online Course
Reinvent is designed for professionals looking to make a change in what they do, how they feel and what they say.
Self-awareness Assessment
We offer an AYBS self-reported self-assessment and a 360 AYBS assessment. The AYBS assessment measures the frequency individuals engage in factors from our self-awareness model and our 10 critical practices.
Video Series and Workbook
The self-paced program includes videos and a workbook to help you reflect on and reimagine your best self.
Journal for 90 Days
After reflecting, the Best Self Journal will help you plan for success.

Reflect on past experiences, your purpose, strengths, and areas of growth. More specifically, you will examine and reflect on your…

PLAN
After reflection, it’s time to create a plan of action to move toward your best self! As you plan, you will create a maintenance plan (daily/weekly activities) and short-term goals (to be accomplished within 90 days) to help you on your path of success.
Our AYBS™ 360 Feedback Survey can be used with this program. You and 4 – 8 people you trust will complete this survey to help you identify your strengths, hidden talents as well as opportunities for improvement. Click here to learn more.
TAKE ACTION
The last step is to take action. Record daily actions, gratitude, successes, and areas of growth for 90 days.
This 3-month journal was created based on principles of neuroscience, positive psychology, and cognitive psychology to help you overcome barriers of success to make it simple to achieve your goals. In the Best Self Journal, you will record your journey on the road to success each day by keeping track of your successes, opportunities, and areas of development.
