You will recieve the aforementioned documents in the course.

Workbook and Journal. These documents are fillable forms that will be used as you go through the program. 

• Open and save the forms on your computer
• If you open them on your phone, the fillable options will not appear. However, they can be accessed through an app. For example, I open the forms via my one drive account and complete the forms on my cell phone. Check to see if you have access to use the forms via an app on your cellular device.

You will use these documents throughout the course. The next 2 videos provide a summary of the ReInvent Workbook and the Best Self Journal.
