Leading others begins with Knowing Yourself – Knowing your strengths, areas of growth, values, beliefs, motivations, and desires.

Our leadership group learning sessions are based on a self-discovery model from the book Discover Yourself. This model helps business leaders reimagine themselves through self reflection. As a result, you can effectively connect to skills, principles and practices that enable you to lead under pressure, see yourself clearly and motivate others in a changing world.


Who qualifies?

  • Corporate or nonprofit corporate professionals or teams who:
    • want to be promoted but are lacking certain skills
    • want to manage their triggers
    • want to reduce anxiety and stress
    • need to improve communication, team building, leadership and influencing skills
    • are emerging leaders within an organization (corporate or non-profit) and they want to position themselves as a top talent
    • want to make a career change

Our Sessions

Sessions can be completed individually or as a part of a series. The series can be combined with our Group Coaching sessions. In these sessions, we discuss:

  1. The group/teams progress on their development goals (goals created based on assessments and leader’s path)
  2. A Lead from the Inside Out session (listed below)

Assessments. We use the following assessments in the Lead from the Inside Out Series: Emotional Intelligence, The Profiler 360 Assessment, Self-Discovery, Strengths Inventory.

Group Learning Sessions

Listed below is a summary of our group learning sessions. Through real world examples and research, our sessions help equip leaders with the tools needed to be successful in a constantly changing world.


Tune in and Turn on – Managing Stress and Anxiety

This session explores how you can incorporate mindfulness, gratitude and deep breathing practices to help you lead and live with excellence. As a result of this session, you will:

  • Increase knowledge about how stress impacts your brain and physical body
  • Learn beneficial skills that will help you create and maintain a positive outlook
  • Learn the connection between physical health and leadership
  • Create an action plan that will help you incorporate strategies to maintain a positive outlook

Length – 2-4 hours

Mental Agility – Managing Emotions

This session will help you identify strategies to focus your feelings and maintain a mindset of growth. As a result of attending this session, you will:

  • Understand how and why emotions occur
  • Discuss the 8 primary emotions
  • Review strategies to understand emotional triggers
  • Review Emotional Intelligence Assessment results
  • Review strategies that will help you recognize your feeling and feelings of others
  • Learn strategies that will help you manage strong negative emotions

Length – 4 – 6 hours

Active Listening Skills

Do you clearly hear your supervisors or coworkers intended message? Are you missing out on important information? This session helps you learn strategies to improve mutual understanding. In this session, you will:

  • Identify the fundamentals of listening
  • Understand the importance of listening
  • Recognize barriers to active listening
  • Learn strategies that will increase active listening skills
  • Learn how to listen actively with empathy

Length – 2-4 hours


Communicating with Clarity

This session will help you effectively communicate in an open and honest way. As a result, you will inspire positive changes and gain trust with a multitude of audiences. Communicating with Clarity helps leaders communicate clearly in an open and honest way. As a result of this session, you will:

  • Gain a better understanding of your communication tendencies
  • Gain knowledge about the 4 communication styles
  • Identify and reflect on influencers within your circles of influence (who do you communicate with and why)
  • Review strategies to increase assertive communication skills
  • Understand 3 keys to communicating with candor

Length – 2-4 hours


A Diverse Perspective

This session helps participants discover how to communicate with others across differences. As a result of this session, you will:

  • Gain knowledge on the meaning and importance of diversity and inclusion
  • Build an empathetic approach to communicating
  • Recognize unconscious bias
  • Discover how to create inclusive environments where everyone can thrive

Length – 2-4 hours


Mental Aspirations – Creating a Leadership Purpose Statement

This session will help you clarify your leadership purpose and create a plan to put your purpose to work.

  • Create a purpose statement; clarify your values and strengths
  • Understand how your purpose and values link to the organization’s values
  • Create a strategy that will help you determine how you will activate your purpose inside and outside of the organization

Length – 2-4 hours
