Assessments may include, but are not limited to, personality, leadership, career or 360 assessments. Based on your goals and the results of your assessments, I create a plan of action to follow through on each week.
Each week, you will be provided a goal setting template identifying your goals, successes, barriers, opportunities and next steps. In our sessions, I will help you…
- establish a coaching agreement
- clarify your goals, strengths and areas of growth based on assessments (assessments may include, but are not limited to, personality, leadership, career or 360/180 assessments). Key data is synthesized and recorded in your coaching dashboard
- identify key objectives and create a plan of action for you to follow through each week (based on your goals and the results of your assessments)

I believe that my coaching session was a tremendous help to me with learning how to relax which allowed me to be more productive and the work flow was smoother. I also learned that in my own way I am a leader and that by being a leader doesn’t mean that you always have to be seen but by delegating to others is leading them as well, so basically in being a leader you can be behind the scene and not out front.
