Our Process

Assessments may include, but are not limited to, personality, leadership, career or 360 assessments. Based on your goals and the results of your assessments, I create a plan of action to follow through on each week.

Each week (or biweekly) you will be provided a goal setting template identifying your goals, successes, barriers, opportunities and next steps.

In our sessions, I will help you…

  • establish a mutually exclusive coaching agreement
  • determine key stakeholders and interview them to discuss clients strengths and areas of growth
  • clarify goals, strengths and areas of growth based on assessments (assessments may include, but are not limited to, personality, leadership, career or 360/180 assessments). Key data is synthesized and recorded in your coaching dashboard
  • synthesize assessments and review results
  • identify key objectives and create a plan of action for you to follow through each week (based on your goals and the results of your assessments)
  • provide progressive feedback and review throughout the engagement of the coaching agreement

I believe that my coaching session was a tremendous help to me with learning how to relax which allowed me to be more productive and the work flow was smoother.
