4 Day Gratitude Challenge

Some people have an inability to feel gratitude as a result of emotional trauma, mental roadblocks, not feeling anything is enough or ones upbringing. 

Studies have shown that feeling thankful, regularly have improved sleep, mood, and may have lasting effects on the brain. 

This week, take time to reflect (or have your staff complete this exercise)- What’s at the top of your mind? How can you cultivate a mindset of gratitude? Or, what practices/habits can you implement to increase your feelings of gratitude regularly?
